I "sharpened" the edges to make it a "cutter"

As requested: How are the sharp edges created?
OpenSCAD allows to create "cylinders" with different diameters at top and bottom.
Actually this creates a truncated cone.
Using a truncated cone and cut out a cylinder in size of the flat part creates the sharp edge.
