This is an 18350 short tube for the convoy s21e flashlight with the old trapezoidal threads.
All of this was done in Tinkercad and is still in progress. You will need a dime and a strip of foil to add around the negative terminal of the battery to complete the connection with the flashlight head.
I am planning on replacing the dime with a magnet in a future update. Also, if the battery is a snug fit, consider drilling a small hole in the base of the adapter to push out the battery with a stick or pen.
