Another version of a wall holder for controllers. This one should work with most controllers, with the lip at the edge being big enough to catch just about all sizes of controller. I can only test with the Xbox Series X/S controller, PS5 controller, and Switch Pro controller. But I would imagine they would work fine with most others as well.
The PS5 is a little iffy due to both joysticks being at the bottom, which causes the lip to touch the beveled bits around the joysticks a bit more than I like. But it's nothing I'm too worried about.
Only controller I know that doesn't work is the Switch Joy Cons in the Joy Con holder. But that's just because the weight balance of those is not centered and it wants to go everywhere but the mount.
Made these because I was tired of my controllers cluttering up the side table, but still wanted them to be nearby for easy access.
I also added a spot for a magnet to be placed into the main model, and on the backs of tokens displaying the controller's company logo. Used magnets so they can be changed out easily if I want to rearrange the layout at all, and just because I like putting magnets in my prints. The magnets I used can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0936M3WPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
In case the link goes bad, they are 5mm x 3mm cylinder magnets.
For mine I also added some cut up foam sheets to add some softness to the parts where the controller touches the mount. I did this partly for grip/cushion, and partly so the paint I used to cover the print doesn't end up getting on the controllers as they are put on and off.
Hope they work for you if you decide to make some!
