The file 'Connector For 1 Inch ID ENT Low Voltage Conduit Adapter (with Nut) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 446.6KB.
I wanted to run some conduit between and through studs before drywalling during basement finishing, and this fitting was used to connect the conduit to the low voltage brackets. There is another similar adapter on the site, but it didnt fit the 1" conduit I was using.
The threads on this part work with standard 1" Conduit Locknuts (Halex Part #96193 from Home Depot). However, the threads are designed straight and not angled like traditional NPT threads. I have also now designed a matching nut as well, if you would like to print that too.
This fitting is made to replace Carlon Model# A243F-CAR from Home Depot.
I used it to connect the Carlon low voltage new construction bracket (Model# SC100A) from Home Depot, to the Cantex 1"ID ENT conduit (Model # LA51BAD1) from Lowes.
This print is designed to print without supports, and easily prints well in large batches. Pushing the conduit into the adapter will lock it in place. Squeezing the adapter on the sides WITHOUT the tabs allows the conduit to easily pull back out if needed for further trimming.
