The file 'Compliant Side Clamp With Only One Screw 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 101.5KB.
After many iterations and different design aproaches i finally found a working one Screw side Clamp mechanism. It clamps and pulls the workpiece down.
Slide it to the workpiece, hold it against it and tighten the screw about 0,5-0,75 turns when you feel the screw interacts.
The clamping surface 1° tilted.
Distance to table 5/15mm.
Printing Instruction:
Print in PLA, 100% Infill. "Clamp" on side and the "fixed side" on the base.
1x M6 Countersunk bolt per part.
There are 2 Versions: In one of them the screw is tilted a little bit to optimize the clamping the force. For this one the t-nut has to be able to be tilted like that. If it has not enough play print the "straight" ones.
"low" Version=Zero gap to the table
