Compact oscillating steam engine:
The steam engine is fully 3D printable and already operates when blown upon. The working pressure ranges from approximately 0.5 to 1.5 bar. All moving parts have a tolerance of 0.4mm. All parts are quite precisely fitting and have minimal play. All screws should be tightened by hand with minimal force , as the screws are designed to match 3D printing, but metal screws can also be inserted with some force (note that printed screws may not hold as well afterward).
It was more of a personal design challenge for me, but it works quite well, so I wanted to share it. Have fun with it!
