This is a cooling vent for use with the Commodore 64x (official commodore mini-itx PC case), and an AMD Ryzen + ASRock A520M-ITX/ac mini-ITX motherboard. It's design to channel CPU's hot air out of the case from a Dynatron A18 heatsink / fan on the processor, and additionally features an inset for low profile mounting of a 160w Pico power supply, which is normally too tall to mount on the montherboard, under the C64x's keyboard.
