This is a concept for a variant of the Original Series Battlestar Galactic Colonial Viper. The original series Vipers always impressed me as being a modular design and I figured the manufacturer would naturally produce purpose specific ships to fit specific needs. This is a convoy escort ship. Designed to be quickly refilled on a carrier craft and escort convoys through dangerous territory. Without capital ships this would need heavy armaments but not necessarily have to be ultra fast or have long range. It is a two seat model with four forward facing fixed position cannons and two missile launchers, as well as two dual cannon rear facing turrets (on up top and one on bottom). All components are arranged for best print quality. The wings and wing mounted cannons are the only components that need support.
