A replacement collar stay for Hart Schaffner Marx men's button-up shirts. They apparently decided to be special snowflakes and abandon anything resembling a standard size.
Hoo boy, these are impossible to get! While I prefer to use stainless steel collar stays, I can't even find the cheapo plastic originals or knockoffs to buy for the few Hart Schaffner Marx shirts I have, much less in SS, so... 3D printing to the rescue!
These are a 99% match, and a tad bit thicker than the originals (which were ~.67mm - these are 1mm). I've even beveled the edges to save the need for finishing, and to ensure no snags on the fabric and no sharp-edged profile under the fabric. While not as perfectly rigid as, say, stainless steel, when printed in PLA these are much more rigid than the originals.
