Summary

{Update 2024/09/14 -add coin-adapter for german 20 & 50 cent}

{Update 2024/09/13 -add different dust covers}

I've designed this printable coin holder to engrave standard 40mm brass coins with my 30W MonPort fibre laser on a fixed and repeatable position. Maybe it fits also on other fiber lasers ;o).

On the one side is a connection hole for compressed air (10mm fine thread for a FESTO pressure regulator adapter ) and on the opposite side is a bigger hole (with a 76mm hose adapter) for the suction. Blow and suck *haha

I've printed this in ABS on my QIDI X-Max 3 and it worked very well. The compressed air keeps the surface clean, cool and most of the brass dust will be vacuumed while engraving.

Have fun with this little gadget.

(BTW: You don´t really need a creator tool for depth map of an image. I filter my images with the free Inkscape (Mac) and the filters grayscale & invert. Works fine, like a depth map.
