This is a tamper with a hollow core to suit my Bellman Vesuvio stove-top coffee maker and a funnel to stop me spilling quite so much when I'm pouring the coffee in.
The SCAD's are parametric, so if you would like to use it to make different sizes that shouldn't be too hard.
