I could not find a drag chain I liked and large enough for my needs so I designed my own.
The inside is large enough to carry cables for at least a 4x4 CNC router.
Internal capacity is about 48 x 23 mm (1.96 x 0.86 inch)
It was designed and optimized for 3D printing without support, quick and simple assembly and with removable cable retainer.
I did not pay attention to how it looks, it is function over form.
For strength and speed of printing set wall count to 6
Print the retainer clips on the side for maximum strength, print main body flat on the plate.
Please post suggestions for improvements if you try it.
If there is enough interest I will post larger size or/end front/back clips for securing the ends.
