Instead of my first design I changed the gantry. I wasnt easy to make and not strong enough to mill aluminium.
So I just bought aluminium plates on the right size and drilled the holes. In 1 hole my M4 tap broke so thats why 1 hole doesnt have a bolt.

I saw a big error in my design. The T8 lead on the X-axis would never fit. So:
Bought all parts myself couple days ago. Those photos will be showed later.
Some parts need to be 3d printed and have to be maked. Will add those parts after drawing too!
(UPDATED THE VERSION! This time with Z-axis mount for motor and added the 500W motor!)
I designed this CNC router based on the original CNC3018.
All machines I found where more expensive than this build.
Its not completly finished but far enough to get there.
