Clips can be slippery.
I replaced the tiny platform clips (15mm wide (.59")) supplied with the Afinia machine with larger ones (called "Binder Clips" 19mm (.75"), maybe $2 for a dozen), but even those slipped out of my fingers once in a while.
These files are for those two sizes. It may be possible to scale the to fit other size clips.
My settings were:
0.20mm Z-rezolution. "Fine" quality. With a raft, and printed right-side up.
Small, thick prints hold heat and are often improved with fan cooling. I definately recommend cooling in this case. Let the raft(s) go down hot and sticky, and then turn on a fan.
To assemble:
Remove a spring-wire from the clip (just squeeze its sides together).
Fit the grip pad into it, oriented correctly.
Reattach the wire to the clip.
