Climbing hold in the shape of a pinch or a crimp, depending on how it's used. It has a depth of 27 mm, and the base is approximately 100x71 mm. It works great for training grip in different positions, and it's a design I've been using on my wall for over 3 years. I printed it with a smooth surface but also with the fuzzy skin option from Ultimaker Cura, and it works well
It has two holes ready: one for the standard M10 climbing gym bolt and one for a wood screw to secure it to the wood and prevent rotation.

To achieve a textured grip, I recommend this filament. It contains a percentage of wood that gives it a non-slip finish, making it very suitable for printing climbing holds.
