I was unhappy with the way my Cisco 8861 sat on my desk. It was angled in a way that reflected my ceiling lights.
Using the clip geometry from r9l, I cut off the rest and remodeled a stand that will hold the phone vertically on the desk at ~10 degrees. It includes a hole to pass through the Ethernet cable, but the cables fit fine just going out the side as well, albeit a little cramped.
In my slicer I sat it on its side (with the side where two clips are closer together facing down) and for supports I used snug supports and manually painted the supports on the bottom of the clips (the 3 that need it) and inside the eth. hole.
All screenshots/pictures are from the previous iteration, which did not have the cable passthrough.
