i did this to improve my freecad skills. im still not very good or efficient.
worked pretty good so far, but the gears tend to chip a bit. abs-like resin might be the best choice for this.
The hinge is designed to take 1,75mm filament.
Its designed as a very tight fit, so you might need to either enlarge the holes or trim your filament a bit.
works best when filament is heated a bit and then stretched slightly. once cooled, it can be cut in half and used as two pins
Tolerances are a bit improved with the NEW files, but still tight, so resin might be the best choice.
The Larger version has one extra tooth in the gear to get a better grip and be more stable.
The thicker version has stronger gears so you can exert a bit more force without breaking things.
Now that you know, sorry for the terrible naming.

walze and zahnrad need to be printed 6 times, the rest once.
the freecad file is the 90mm file with thin, large gears.
some lubrication is recommended. vaseline works well.
