These fun ornaments are surprisingly easy to print (if you use the versions with built-in supports). No rafts or other supports are needed. The built-in supports keep the ornament perfectly rigid while printing and release effortlessly once printing is done and leave no marks on the print. Infill is recommended for the lattice version only (to cleanly print the geometry). The spiral version requires no infill.
These are part of my Christmas Collection.
Given the shapes and the thin walls (recommend 0.4mm thick), they seem to glow even when printed with opaque filament. The first photo shows them printed in Sunlu Transparent. The others were printed with opaque TTYT3D Cyan. They would let in even more light with transparent filaments.
The spiral version with supports took about 4.5 hours to print. The lattice has more complex geometry and takes about 5.5 hours without infill and 6.5 with infill.
