A nice gift for everybody. All the parts need to be assembled. And you need a sock, so the money can be poured in....
There are three cross bars of which you need at least one. Cross bars come in blanks, but also with "Happy Birthday" and "Merry Christmas". I will add some more in the future.
You need two stands and just one of all the other parts.

I replaced the stand for a version with a wider opening for the cross-bar for easier assembly.
