Chris is a fancy motor yacht that cruises around the waterways of your home.
She floats beautifully and loves calm waters.
I was inspired by the bathtub boats by vandragon_de. (https://www.thingiverse.com/vandragon_de/collections/bathtub-boats) Since my son loves boats too, I wanted to try my own hand at the nautical fun. Chris is based on a 1950's Chris Craft Catalina; a beautiful pleasure boat to see and sail.

I originally started 3D designing and printing as a way to get my son interested in design and technology. I've spent countless hours learning and refining my skills. Most of my time not spent at work is instead in front of a computer, practicing.
