The Ch'Lonas are an aggressive and isolationist race with bugmen appearance. They are a former enemy of Earth Alliance. The Ch'Lonas attacked Leonis IV in 2170. Further attacks occurred during Earth-Minbari war against Kapteyn system.
During the last Shadow war, they signed on to get Telepath assistance countering Shadow attacks.
