Main purpose of this mod is to place spool holder on side and save alot of place around Chiron.
Before You start , good idea is to move LCD on front panel like in my mod

This make place for spool on right side of Chiron
A)
1kg spool holder consist of three parts. Spool base that go inside Chiron aluminium prifile. Next is spool holder + separate cap for easier print. Print them with 3-4 walls and 40% infil or more to make them strong. You can glue base + spool holder with super glue, acetone or plexiglass glue but its not necesary. Depends of Your printer qualitythis parts can hold toogether without glue.
B)
Most importand part is filament guide to extruder. Filament needed to be turned 90 degrees into extruder so without this part filament can break. You can use this part with or without filament sensor. To keep it in place change one M3 screw of Your X axis cable guide into longer one so it will block whole part on place. Look at my photos.
C)
3kg spool holder consist of two big pieces. I didnt print it so its not tested. I dont use 3kg filament yet so I dont even have spool this size. You can try and leave comment.
D)
cable guide is to keep cables on place and away from filament. Not necesary to print. I work on a normal cable guide like on X axis so this part will be replaces. But for nowI use it and it work.
EDIT:
Some users reported that hole for tube in File Filament_guide_to_extruder was too small. I have added copy Filament_guide_to_extruder2.stl with hole 0.15mm wider.
