The Charlotte Mask combines a Bellus3D Mask Fitter frame with a modified Montana Mask to achieve a custom fit 3D printed mask. It is designed to enhance the fit and comfort of rigid 3D printed face masks. Custom friction fit caps can be made to personalize each mask.

A sample mask file is also provided, as well as caps with the UNC Charlotte logo and The Helping Hand Project logo, but please note that these sample files are designed to be a custom fit to the author and should not be printed as is for use by the broader community.
Printing of the masks was done using medical grade SLA for sanitization purposes. The caps were printed using PLA, and elastic straps are used to secure the mask. Follow the Montana Mask guidelines for filter material selection.
