A Remix of a Remix!
I made a small "forest" of trees that light up. My wife said the trees reminded her of the sad Charlie Brown (of Peanuts) scrawny, lopsided Christmas tree. So, I had to add the sign.
This builds on the original work of pauloricca and
Alzibiff. I used the 10mm_hole.stl from Alzibiff as main source. I designed a battery base for the Christmas tree to hold the LilyPad Battery Holder & Switch.
Cura 3.5.1 did the Slice and Scale for the trees. I scaled at :1.60/160% (qty 1); 1.30/130% (qty 1); 10mm hole as given (qty 2); and .60/60% (qty1), five total, for the different sizes. Each tree took about 2-2.5 hours to print.
There are two sizes for the battery base. The one including "small" in the stl name is only for the 60% scale tree. The rest can use the other base stl.
The "Plaque" that reads "Charlie Brown Memorial Forest" took about 1.5 hours to print in brown PLA.
I used Adafruit Prod # 679, Diffused 5mm Slow Fade RGB LED's.
