This is a 50% smaller version of the Chamber of Secrets Mechanical Box: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4418309 Please read description of the original models for more details. This remix is much easier to print (since the objects are smaller), but is significantly harder to assembly (due to the same reason).
Changes to the original model scaled down to 50%:
This model requires complex assembly (the assembly video is >1h long) which includes sanding of the parts and a lot of gluing. Please check the assembly video.
Most of the parts can be printed with .2mm layers resolution, but the p_high_resolution.stl file contains parts which are better with .1mm layers. Objects are grouped to make printing easier, but if you need to print one particular object please check the all_objects.zip archive which contains all models as separate files.
File sources.zip contains OpenSCAD sources of this model.

Some more information
Snake bodies are made of elastic shoelaces 3mm (1/8") thick. They don't have to be elastic, because there is no any stretching required.
