My most ambitious project yet, this center vent is parametrically designed in CAD to be a fixed-position center AC vent to replace a cracked, broken, or missing stock vent. This STL file is labeled as version 25 but counting the number of ground-up rebuilds I've had, it's actually v114. Have a look at all the prior versions I printed! Did my best to match all the features present in the original (except the ability to change the direction the air is blowing), and matchign the curvature of the center console was tricky too
Best printed in ASA for thermal and UV resistance, at a layer height <0.1mm, laying on its back. You will need to print at least 2 of the snaps clips and run a 10-13mm strip of weatherstripping around the back edge to seal with the HVAC duct.
