I need a base for custom center caps and decided to make one that I can easily adjust its size. Attached sample render have the following dimensions:
capfaceradtop = 30; // cap face radius top. radius of top most cover
capfaceradbot = 34; // cap face radius bottom. radius of top most cover
capfacethick = 5; // cap face thickness
caplegrad = 31; // cap leg radius. radius of wheel center where the cap will placed
caplegthick = 10; // cap leg thickness/height
I am still learning openscad so please be kind when criticizing. Tips, loves and shares are greatly appreciated. Cheers!
[This thing is currently untested. I suggest you print one piece then test fit before you print a set.]
