Light Duty Equipment Ball Clamps in Small (40mm ball to ball), Standard 75mm , Long 180mm that comes with a mount for an extra ball mid bar. They all use the same printed wing nuts .....Printing in PETG works well. A fiber reinforced plastic would be even better. They are designed with a full length boss that also makes a good base to print from with some but minimimal support.
Use a 1/4-20 1-3/4" length bolt with a standard hex nut to finish the clamp. You need two of the symetrical half shells for one clamp. It does not matter which one has the bolt or the wingnut with it. If you make the extra long clamp you will need to pring one long clamp half and two of the half clamps along with two wing nut bodies and a TPU ball if you want one.
