This is a basic holder to hold a few hellium filled balloons on a table during a party. The ledge in the back was designed to hold additional weight should larger amounts of ballons be used. The ring on the top is to tie the balloon strings to. Have fun, enjoy and Celebrate!
Notes on the two versions: Celebrate 3 has the ring on the top which turned out to be smaller than planned so Celebrate-new was changed to have a bigger ring to hold the balloon strings in the back and needs printing with supports.
