For the steam wagon please download parts (chassis, boiler, wheels fore/aft, driver) for a normal truck, just add the platform provided for download here. For the trailer (basically a former horse drawn carriage) you need:
1x body
1x wheels aft
1x bogie with wheels fore
optional cargo
Please have in mind, that especially the trailer body is modelled very detailed and is not a model to start experimenting with 3D-printing. Even having a good printer and some experience in printing, handling of the model afterwards may be challenging in n-scale.
All models sized for British n-scale (1:148). The models should be fine in other scales… conversion values:

HO/H0-gauge, 1:87 -> 170%
