Just a 1/4x20 bolt that'll cost you under 25 cents at any hardware store
Instructions:
Print @ 100% Infill
Remove OEM Dash Bolt with Allen Wrench (its cosmetic, holds nothing together)
Find/Buy a 1/4x20 Bolt
Place bolt in 3D printed Ball mount
Snug down, finger tight is plenty tight enough. Install phone/radio mount of your choice
I use this $16 phone mount for my phone, does everything I want and works great with a bare phone or cased phone. Holds snug.

!!DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN WITH TOOLS, you WILL strip out dash plastics if you use pliers!!
