Loved the original design by @Przemo007 but wanted the development cards to lie face down. This prevents other players from seeing the bottom of the card as it's pulled.
I've uploaded versions for the two card sizes I'm aware of: 80mm x 54mm and 68mm x 44mm. Pictures are of the 80x54 size.
