This is my first design. I am not a designer. I know there are some cat intelligence toys. That i would like to make one. With this toy your cat will be Albert E. :) kidding. Your cat will not be a Tesla or Albert but has fun when you are out.
Print it and put some dry food on it. Your cat will like the solve this puzzle.
The STL is 200x200 for most printers can handle it.
I hope i may see your cats' photos. I hope there are some better designers who loves cats, i hope, give them inspiration to make more cat toys. :)
