This was designed to be attached via a small ring to our cat's collars. The surface grip helps to screw and unscrew the lid, and the grip will come in handy right after printing for making the screw work smoothly. Inside you can add a rolled up piece of paper containing your fur baby's name, address, and number.
The printed result feels quite robust. I don't see any obvious breakpoints.
No doubt, like us, your find occasionally that your pet slips his collar or wanders off for a few days. If they've wandered off, this might help them get home. If they've slipped the collar (again), you can now print off a new one for about 4p / 6cents instead of whatever the local pet shop charges.
If there's a call for it, I'll create a model with a letter on the bottom for all letters of the alphabet. As this is designed in Fusion 360, the model won't work in the online customizer here. I have a suspicion that multiple colors will be sufficient for most ardent 3d printer/cat owners.
Have fun, and please post your makes!
