The cat was getting fat and it was all my fault, for just filling the bowl on the cat's demand. The veterinary ordered 1 dl of cat food per day: 0.5 dl in the morning and 0.5 dl in the evening.
This measure makes it easy to measure the right amount. Fill it to the brim and it's close to 0.7 dl, save 1 cm and it will be about 0.5 dl and just enough.
Maybe your cat needs more or less food than my cat?
Update 2022-02-10: I noticed that the handle is prone to break so I uploaded a v2 version with a thicker and hopefully stronger handle.
