Summary

I have the cheap and very handy DP30V5A power supply, and needed a case for it. I saw some of the other cases here but I wanted a barrel jack for the input and USB and XT60 for the output, so I can connect various other types of connectors.

I don't have the final USB and XT60 connectors yet, so I only ballparked them, but the holes should be good, pretty snug but not too hard to fit. The PSU itself fits great, and I will upload any changes I make as I print the final thing.

The XT60 connector is meant both for charging batteries and as a general-purpose connector (for example, I use it to get single wires for my breadboards, a DC barrel jack, etc). I didn't want to add a second barrel jack because I didn't want people accidentally plugging a power supply into the output and frying the DP.

It should print well with minimal supports, depending on how good your printer is at bridging. Mainly where it needs supports is the little insets for the connectors, which I added to prevent the connectors from moving left and right. The PSU fits very well without needing any glue, as it will always get pushed and never pulled, but you may want to superglue the connectors themselves to the case, just so you can pull and push them with reckless abandon.
