Summary

Hard case for Matek R24 P6V ELRS receiver

The idea is to mimimise the overall length including connectors, in order to fit in an F3X glider. Note that the servo pins must be fitted to the bottom of the PCB, with the pins facing inward. Make a note of the correct polarity as the P6V lacks reverse polarity protection.

Putting it together:

  1. Print the case. There are two parts, the base and the cover.
  2. Lay a bed of card into the base. Depending on thickness, more than one layer may be needed.
  3. Place the rx board over the bed
  4. Fix the cover and secure with tape or cyano
  5. Apply hot glue to the antenna exits
