The catch snapped on my kitchen bin that has a push lid. The bin is made by Carver and very similar to Addis models.
I printed the part lying down, with supports The part is then glued into position (where the old catch had snapped). The holes were for screws, which I didnt need to use in the end - they probably help with adhesion though.
Hopefully might be useful to someone else and stop a bin being thrown in the (bigger) bin.
