It has pin tabs up top for use with thumb tacks, which can be easily be snipped off with some flush cutters. The other option for mounting is a couple of holes into which you can glue small neodymium magnets from Harbor Freight (http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html). The front face includes a paper slot into which you can slide your name on a piece of card stock.
The default size takes up the entire print diameter of a Rostock Max v2 (11.25" long).
I achieved my best results by printing with zero bottom layers to allow flex in the infill to absorb any thermal stresses and avoid bed separation. Using 10-15% rectangular infill, 2 perimeters, and 3 top layers with a 0.4mm nozzle gives a very nice surface finish.
