I have a 20 ton bottle jack on my 30 ton carolina tools hydraulic press. I have no idea if it's OEM or not, since it's at least 30 years old. I wanted a pressure release knob/handle, and I saw other designs that may or may not have worked, but most didn't publish the dimensions, only whatever model bottle jack it was for. I figured it was easier and faster to just model my own, instead of printing a bunch that may or may not work. My bolt is .444 and my pin is .185 - There are more detailed dimensions in the attached images.
I decided to leave the end open, because there isn't much clearance between the pin and the base, and it just simply doesn't seem necessary, since it feels plenty strong for its intended purpose.
I printed this with PLA, 20% infill.
