This is a modification to use X-Axis and Y-Axis Linear Rails 15x15 with a Caribou MK3S printer. Z-Axis uses MGN12 rails.

No firmware modification is requiered with the new Y-axis. Please follow the mounting instructions. But the X-Motor connector must be inverted.

You will need the next materials to build this printer:

Y-Axis:

• 2 x HGH15CA blocks
• 2 x HGR15RH rails (length must be 354mm)

X-Axis:

• 1 x HGH15CA block
• 1 x HGR15RH rail (length must be 385mm)
• A new belt (length must be 885mm)

Z-Axis:

• 2 x MGN12H blocks
• 2 x MGN12 rails (length must be 400mm)

NOTE: Due to the high amount of stl files I will publish them into two zip files, one for the xz-axis and other for the y-axis. The stl files published here directly are only to show them.

I have included 3mf files with multimaterial versions or custom supports of some parts.

It is compatible with Bondtech extruders.

• Corrected spinner files (the hole was too big to fit on idler)

• Improved Z-Tops (now they are stronger and improve the Z-Calibration)

2019/12/28:

• New Y-Axis (based on Zaribo release 3), no firmware modification is required with this new y-axis, (please check for correct PINDA home). The height is 320 using Bondtech extruders.
• Minor improvements on some parts.
• Z-MotorMount now allow to move z-motors 1mm towards left or right for better adjust.
• Added 9mm belt version for the X-Axis (caution: experimental, not checked yet)

• I have added 9mm belt support for Y-Axis, checked and working.

2020/01/21:

• I have added a new 9mm Tensioner_Idler (x-Axis), the files have been renamed with the format Tensioner_IdlerBBmm(IP).stl, where BB is the belt size and IP is the idler pulley height. 8.6mm is the size of Zaribo standard pulley, and 12mm is to be used with three 623zz bearings or two F623zz and one 623zz bearings.
