We got tired of our stacks of cards falling over every time someone bumped the table so I made a custom card holder. Has six slots for cards (2 black, 4 white, or whatever works best for you) and lots of holes to save on filament and time. Printed in PETG but PLA should be fine. For printing, lay on build plate like you would be using it. I recommend supports for the large holes in the middle, but it printed decent enough without them. Took 14 hours and 319 grams of filament with a 1mm nozzle at 40mm/s. Thingi won't let me upload any actual pictures, sorry about that. Snug fit at 100%, you may want to scale it up maybe 2-5%.
