My kid is a "FCYCMWYL" master ("from-cardboard-you-can-make-whatever-you-like"). He enjoys to play with every boxes I bring home. For joining pieces together he used to use hot glue gun. Then we discover MAKEDO screws on a makerfair in Brno and he really loves it.

This is my 1st attemp and it is just fine for me (and him)
You will need:
The tip for making holes is replace-able so you dont need to print whole handle when it becomes blunt.
Wheel_sharp.stl is realy sharp, but not much durabile. Easy to blunt.
Wheel_durabile.stl has 1mm edges. It is really enough and works great and can handle hard cardboard for longer time.
Printed from PETG at standard settings. Just wheel is full.
