Summary

My car's control knob for changing the blower vents between defrost, forward, or feet, broke internally a while back, and is now permanently stuck blowing in our faces.
This is my solution, for now. Actually works amazingly well, defogs/defrosts almost better than the old vents did, and keeps my mom's feet nice and warm!

This probably only fits my car, a Ford Focus '07. But it's possible it might fit other cars with a similarly shaped dash/vents. Either way I figured I'd post this, in case anyone might find it useful or wants to alter it to fit their car.

Note: This is a rough first-prototype, that I'm not sure I'll have time to improve, for now. Clips in kinda weird and is rather hard to get back off, so that's probably the first thing I'd fix. (I had to sand off the bumps on the clips, cause they made it too difficult to get back off. Without them it's easier to remove. So be sure to sand those down.)
For now, it works well enough that I'm happy with it, till this first print breaks. I printed mine out of PETG, and it seems to hold up to full blower heat after driving a while, just fine.. But I wouldn't trust PLA for this, just FYI.
