My 2011 Ford F150 has a 'Capless' gas tank, with a little hinged valve at the top of the tank filler line. The valve will accept the proper sized unleaded fuel nozzle, but not a leaded or diesel one. This also means it won't accept a standard gas can spout/nozzle, so if you don't have a funnel with the right diameter and shape, you are screwed.
Ford supplies one with each car, but these are easily lost or misplaced. I still have my original one, so I decided to 3D print a replacement BEFORE I lose the original - what a concept!
I looked on Thingiverse but couldn't find anything, so I designed this one in Blender as a learning exercise.
No special printing requirements, except maybe a raft would be a good idea if you print it vertically (recommended). I printed the photographed model in PLA on my PRUSA MK3S+
