I bought the CAP 1" triangular weight plate rack but the base frames are thin metal and would squish in when the bolts are tightened. In addition, the center plate holder would be deflected downward when weight plates are put in the middle. So I designed these reinforcements to address these two issues.
The 2 smaller blocks slip into the two base frames (remove one of the rubber ends to slip it in). Push them in until the bolt holes line up.
