With these files you can permanently convert a Canon 50mm f1.4 FD lens to an EF mount without the need for adapters, all while maintaining infinity focus. Available retail conversion kits are expensive so I set about designing my own.
This works fine printed in PLA but it'll eventually wear out, so I'd recommend printing in a more durable material such as aluminum with PCB Way or similar.
The fusion360 files are included if you need to make tweaks such as changing the focal distance for your particular lens.
