Use this battery-shaped box to build a battery eliminator and power your camera from a DC power supply instead of having to replace batteries. Very useful for studio work and astrophotography.
The size matches NB-2LH, which is used in Canon Rebel (350D) and probably other Canon cameras (see the third picture). Size: 45 x 33.5 x 16 mm (1.77 x 1.31 x 0.63 in).
The three terminals are (-), (T), and (+). Pass a metal strip through the slots to make terminal contact pads and connect a 7.4V power supply to (-) and (+). Place a 10K resistor between (-) and (T).
I'd recommend attaching a piece of string to the round pin to make it easier to pull this contraption out of your camera.
