Just had my waterfall blown apart because the threads of the screw-top deteriorated from probably a tad too much chlorine.
Canadian Spa Co. Website suggest ordering a complete new valve.
Quick fix if you have the same thing happening is to print this screw-cap and use it on the valve until new valve arrives.
Since the knob was also very loose because of the deterioration of the plastic adapter, I made the adapter for it too.
