UPDATE: STL-File fixed!
This tripod screw is enforced with an 3mm (M3) countersink screw. It is stable enough to hold bigger DSLR firmly in place.
It has no problems with my quite heavy Sony A850 full frame DSLR. It feels just like an all metal screw.
Despite it is quite robust I have to say that it is less reliable then an all metal screw. So use it with care. Don't stress the screw with higher g-force or heavy lenses.
YOU ARE USING IT ON YOUR OWN RISK!
It has an 1/4" - 20 UNC thread. The angle of the windings is slightly adapted to for some curling.
The knob is 5mm high. The shaft is 4mm long and the thread is 7.5mm long. You can cut the thread to size with an utility knife.
